BMW Vintage Festival, Lime Rock Park Poster (1991)

1991 Original Vintage poster advertising the Aug 30 - Sept 2, 1991 Vintage Festival at Lime Rock Park, in Lakeville, Connecticut. Lime Rock opened in 1957 on the site of a former sand and gravel quarry and the original track layout has remained ever since. Set in bucolic Northwest Connecticut, the park has hosted most every major American road racing sanctioning body including the American Le Mans Series, IMSA, Grand-Am, NASCAR, SCCA, Trans AM, and World Challenge. Notable celebrities who have raced at Lime Rock include Paul Newman, James Garner and Dickie Smothers.
